Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer reliable shipping options to all addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

We're excited to serve customers around the world! International shipping is available to select countries.

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 10-21 business days depending on destination
  • Customs & duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected upon delivery.
  • Tracking: All international orders include tracking information

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. We recommend allowing extra time for international deliveries during peak seasons.

Return Policy

We offer exchanges or store credit for items returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we're happy to help you find the perfect item or provide store credit for future purchases.

Return Window

  • Within 7 days: Full exchange or store credit available
  • After 7 days: Returns may be accepted with a 30% restocking fee

International Returns

International customers may return items following the same policy as domestic customers. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customs fees paid on the original shipment are non-refundable.

Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In new condition with original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale purchases: All sale items are final sale with no exchanges or refunds
  • Sample/clearance items: Cannot be returned or exchanged

Shipping Costs

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You'll receive an email confirmation once your exchange has shipped or your store credit has been issued.
