Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel or make any amendments to the order. However, we may make an exception for sizes and delivery address mistakes. These changes must be requested via email within 24 hours.
Because our collections are only available in small quantities or are limited editions, we may not be able to restock sold-out items from previous collections. However, there may be opportunity to pre-order an item that is sold out. We will evaluate whether we are able to complete the request or not. As such, it is very important to sign up to our newsletter to receive exclusive restocking updates or upcoming collection details.
We make sure that our clothes fit true, but we recommend you select your usual size by taking into account your shape.

We will gladly exchange the item or simply provide you with a refund in the event the item is no longer available. Note: This is an exception so long as your order detail shows the correct size rather than the one sent to you.
We recommend you dry clean your garments to preserve the quality of your clothes and prints and to help prevent shrinkage. When in doubt, always follow the care instructions on the clothes.
